Our legal basis is the consent you give us when you contact us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).<br>We will process your data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, unless you withdraw your consent beforehand.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Managing subscriptions<\/strong> to receive commercial and advertising information from EQUELITE by electronic means. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 21 LSSI), obtained through the mechanisms provided on the website. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each communication or by writing to <a href=\"mailto:tenis@equelite.com\">tenis@equelite.com<\/a>.<br>We will process your data for the duration of the subscription and, in all cases, until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Managing your registration and participation<\/strong> in activities offered by EQUELITE, such as camps, championships, competitions or court bookings, including incident management, publication of results and winners in tournaments and competitions, and the awarding of prizes. Our legal basis is the performance of the contractual relationship between you and us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<br>For certain activities, we may request health and insurance data needed to manage your participation safely and prevent risks. Our legal basis for processing health data is your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), without prejudice to compliance with any applicable legal obligations.<br>We will process your data only for the time strictly necessary to manage your registration and participation and to deal with any incidents. Health data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the activity in which you participate.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Complying with legal obligations<\/strong> arising from your relationship with EQUELITE (tax, accounting, insurance or other obligations). Our legal basis is compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).<br>Your data will be processed for the period established by the legislation imposing such obligations on the controller.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Managing registration and participation in contests or prize draws<\/strong> and, if you are a winner, the delivery and management of the prize. Our legal basis is the consent you give by participating (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).<br>The data provided by participants are confidential and will be retained only until the contest or prize draw ends. In the case of winners, the data will be retained for the time necessary to deliver and manage the prize and, where applicable, for the period during which rights to use content submitted to the contest have been granted.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Taking and editing photographs, videos and other audiovisual material<\/strong>, and communicating and publishing them on the website, social media and other media in order to promote EQUELITE's activities and events. In such cases:\n      <ul>\n        <li>For wide shots and ambient sound, the legal basis is EQUELITE's legitimate interest in promoting its image and brand, both internally and externally, in order to increase its visibility (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We will retain the images unless and until you object, which you may do at any time.<\/li>\n        <li>Where, either directly or through third parties engaged by EQUELITE, images are taken in which you can be directly identified (close-ups), the processing of your image and voice is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which we will expressly request, for example in the registration form or through a specific authorisation document. We will retain the images until you withdraw your consent.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/li>\n    <li><strong>Carrying out analysis and statistics<\/strong>, provided that you accept the cookies used by the website for these purposes through the cookie banner, which allows you to select which cookies you wish to install (Article 22(2) LSSI). Further information is available in our Cookie Policy.<br>We will process your data for this purpose until you withdraw your consent using the mechanisms provided for cookie management.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  <p>Once the relevant purpose has been fulfilled, we will keep your data duly blocked and protected, available to public authorities, judges and courts for the period during which liabilities arising from the processing may occur, in accordance with Article 32 of the LOPDGDD and the legislation in force at any given time. Once those periods have expired, the data will be deleted.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>Minors<\/h2>\n  <p>EQUELITE's activities may be aimed at minors. Under Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, children under fourteen may only register for our activities and provide their data with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, who must complete the registration and provide the necessary authorisations, including those relating to health data and the taking and publication of images. However, certain providers, organisations and companies participating in championships and other events for which you register may be located in other countries, resulting in an international transfer of personal data.<\/p>\n  <p>In such cases, we will ensure that the transfer is covered by one of the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards or, failing that, by one of the derogations under Article 49 GDPR, such as your explicit consent or performance of the contract.
