Due to the personalized training, the Academy has a limited number of places in the Annual competition program. During the player’s stay, a training and competition plan is developed according to the age, level and objectives.

The total number of training hours per week is 33-38 hours, including tennis, physical training, and psychological preparation. Training takes place every day except Sundays and Saturday afternoons, which are rest days with some exceptions: tournaments and/or specific preparation.

The training schedule varies depending on the time of the season in which the player comes, but the day is always divided into two training shifts in the morning and two in the afternoon, normally one for tennis and one for physical preparation (although always introducing mental work and, if necessary, physical therapy and injury prevention).

The training plan is developed by our team (composed of coaches, physical trainers, physiotherapists, doctors, psychologists, etc.), professionals certified by the most prestigious organizations worldwide and with many years of experience. They all work under the direction of Antonio Martínez Cascales. Much of the staff also resides lives on the same premises, which means that atmosphere that has existed at the academy since its inception.

The academy adapts programs to the needs of each and every one by offering the preferred training plan. This training plan is the one that have been followed by top players like Carlos Alcaraz or Pablo Carreño.
