The present belongs to Darwin Blanch. At 17 years old, the young American talent from the JC Ferrero Tennis Academy is signing a streak of exceptional results that consolidate him as one of the great promises of tennis. His performance during the last few weeks in ITF M25 tournaments not only reflects a great tennis level, but also a winning mentality that continues to strengthen tournament after tournament.

The month of June witnessed a great level of tennis from the American. In the ITF M25 of Martos, Blanch showed authority from the first round, beating Marrero Curbelo, Izquierdo Luque and Bertrand. In the semifinals, he advanced after the withdrawal of Sánchez Quílez, and in the final he showed his best version: an aggressive tennis and without giving a chance to the rival, thus lifting the title of champion.

Darwin kept the competitive rhythm in the ITF M25 of Bakio, where he continued to accumulate victories over Juan Mano, Zhu and Rosenkranz and only lost in the semifinals against Soriano Barrera, in a high intensity match. Despite not reaching the final, the level shown again placed him as one of the most feared players in the draw.

Meanwhile, in the ITF M25 of Figueira da Foz, the youngster signed another great performance, reaching the final after an impeccable series of victories against the Portuguese Luis, Leote Prata, Elias and the Frenchman Added. Once again this week, his consistency, determination and ability to compete at the highest level made the difference.

Darwin Blanch is growing by leaps and bounds. His daily work, commitment and passion for tennis are leading him to consolidate himself as one of the most promising players of his generation. In fact, he is the second youngest player in the ATP ranking. He has reached 406th place in the ATP, the highest rise in this month's ranking. 

Darwin, who has already had a win against an ATP 150 this year and has won his first Challenger matches, will play the Spanish professional circuit tournaments of Pozoblanco and Espinar.
