GENERAL TERMS OF CONTRACT
1. Purpose and generalities. Through this website, EQUELITE SL gives the possibility of contracting and paying for certain services. In the event of contracting the same, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Contracting will apply. These terms operate as a general clause, without prejudice to the particular conditions that may be established for certain services and that will be known by the consumer prior to contracting. You will find the specific terms and conditions of the contract in each section in the "PROGRAMS" tab of the website.
Likewise, it is reported that these Terms and Conditions of Contract may be unilaterally modified by EQUELITE SL, being the same applicable to services and orders made after the entry into force of the same.
2. Company data. 3. Hiring process. Through the website, a registration form is made available to the user in which the player's data is requested as well as the program in which they are interested in participating. Once the payment method has been completed and selected, an email will be sent detailing the price of the services requested by the client, as well as the steps to make the payment of the amount of the same.
4. Hiring Requirements and Minors. The services offered through the website are intended for the general public. However, in the case of minors under 18 years of age, it will be necessary for the hiring to be through the father or mother or legal guardian of the minor. On the other hand, contracts are nominative, personal and non-transferable. 7. Pricing. The prices indicated to the client prior to contracting include VAT and, unless otherwise indicated, exclude other related expenses such as fees, insurance, among others, and which will be added in the final process of the contract. Additional services are excluded from the prices, including but not limited to: laundry, stringings, restaurants. On the other hand, prices can change at any time, but possible changes will not affect the contracting
8. Means of payment. 9. Date of provision of services. The services will be provided according to the dates indicated in each of them. In the case of services with a check-in and check-out date to be chosen by the client, the provision and duration of the same will be subject to that confirmed by Equelite in each case.
10. Withdrawal. In the case of legal person, considered consumers in accordance with the regulations, the provisions of this section will apply. Specifically, consumers are considered to be legal person who act for a purpose unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession. For the purposes of this rule, consumers are also legal person and entities without legal personality that act on a non-profit basis in an area other than a commercial or business activity. Within a period of no more than fourteen calendar days from the day following the notification of the return by the customer to EQUELITE, the amounts paid by the consumer will be refunded. In the event that there are return costs, it will be the customer who must bear them.
11. Force Majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations undertaken, where such failure is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
12. Partial Nullity. If any of these Terms or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.
13. Jurisdiction and out-of-court mechanisms for claims and redress. The use of our website and contracts for the purchase of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.
